Sepanjang hidup ni, kali ini adalah yang begitu menggoyahkan ketabahan, akhirnya ia berakhir dengan tangis suka..Alhamdulillah..
Tapi tika ini,saya mengharapkan kpd yang masih mempunyai 2nd chance utk ke final year plz make it!! percaya Allah selalu bersama kita..
"Allah tak membebani seseorang melainkan sesuai dgn kemampuan".Memang sakit,tapi itulah ketetapanNya, dengan begitu banyak sebab yang hanya Dia yg tahu.. Allah telah susun dengan baik sekali setiap ketetntuan hidup kita..jz bukan we dun work hard for it..it's all about takdir n rezeki seseorang..dun ever lose hope!! FIGHT TILL THE END!!!
Untuk simpanan sendiri juga dan perkongsian pengalaman untuk sesiapa yang membaca blog ini..here goes my experiences (briefly) during 1 hour of long case exam on 30th of march 2011 at Muar hospital that i have posted in the group batch 20 P2S1 in facebook:

7 year old girl malay girl with recurrent pneumonia since 6 months back,cerebral palsy diagnosed at age of 6 months and recurrent epilepsy since 2 years of age.
she came with nasogastric tube (i forgot to ask details about why nasogastric tube was given for feeding
productive cough and flu since 3 days ago.(under HOPI)
Past Hx: at 6 months old, the child cannot hold the neck like usual child,mother was worried and brought her to the hospital and was diagnosed to have CP.Seizure started at the age of 2 years (with all symptoms of GTC) and under sodium volproate.
Birth Hx: booking only when POG of 4 months,the child was delivered by C-sec at 34 weeks POG. (dont forget to ask why being induced at 34 weeks POG ok!! i forgot to ask about dis one!). not cry after delivery,jaundice for 1 week at 2 weeks of life.
Developmental Hx: sitting and walking with support,palmar grasp and can transfer object from one to another hand,cannot talk,cant feed by herself.
Nutritional Hx: BF until 6 months,weaning started after that..6 monhs back only consume milk through nasogastric tube.(know a bit about nutrition,calories n all k..)
Immunization Hx: up to date (dr chowdry asked about what type of vaccination had been given,1 by 1)
Family Hx: nothing significant
Socioeconomic: dont forget to ask whether they receive any help from any society since she is an OKU. (i forgot to ask about dis one!)
Examination:pallor,height and weight below 3rd centile,HC:44cm,power 4/5, hypertonia (check at the ankle!!! because if u examine with rolling and flex extend elbow n knee defenitely mcm hypo..dr chowdry correct me about dis since i can detect there is hyperreflexia and x correlating with UMN)
(jz mentioning the significant things)
Basically,they ask about UMN,factors dat can predispose the child to get CP perinatally,possiblity of URTI in CP? is there any effect of CP to HC? types of CP. mostly about CP..
